By creating an account or using LarryService, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
LarryService allows registered users to fund a personal wallet via bank transfer and use that wallet balance to purchase mobile data, airtime, cable TV subscriptions, and electricity tokens from supported Nigerian providers.
You must provide accurate, current information when registering, including a valid email and phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and transaction PIN, and for all activity that occurs on your account.
Wallet funding is done by transferring money to your dedicated account number shown on the Fund Wallet page. Credits are applied automatically once the transfer is confirmed by our payment partner. Funds transferred to your dedicated account number are treated as wallet top-ups and are used to pay for services on LarryService.
Once you confirm a purchase with your transaction PIN, the corresponding amount is deducted from your wallet and the order is sent to our upstream provider for fulfilment. Delivery is typically instant but may occasionally be delayed due to network or provider issues beyond our control. If a transaction fails on the provider's end after your wallet has been debited, the amount will be automatically reversed to your wallet.
Successfully delivered services (data, airtime, cable subscriptions, electricity tokens) are non-refundable, as they are delivered instantly to the number or meter you provided. If you entered incorrect recipient details, we are not able to reverse a successfully delivered transaction. Failed transactions are reversed to your wallet automatically; if this does not happen within a reasonable time, contact support.
You agree not to use LarryService for any fraudulent purpose, including funding your wallet with money that is not lawfully yours, attempting chargebacks or payment reversals after successful delivery, or attempting to interfere with or reverse-engineer the platform.
Prices for data, airtime, cable, and electricity plans are set based on rates from our upstream providers and may change without prior notice. The price shown at the time of purchase is the price charged.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, show signs of fraudulent activity, or are used in a way that harms the platform or other users.
We work to keep the platform available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, as delivery depends on third-party network and provider systems. LarryService is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays or failures caused by upstream providers.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
