LarryService ("we", "us", "our") operates a Virtual Top-Up (VTU) platform that allows users to purchase mobile data, airtime, cable TV subscriptions, and electricity tokens using a wallet funded through bank transfer. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
When you create an account, we collect your full name, email address, phone number, and a password (stored in encrypted/hashed form, never in plain text). When you make purchases, we collect the recipient phone number, meter number, or IUC/smart card number needed to deliver the service. When you fund your wallet, our payment partner shares transaction details (amount, reference, timestamp) with us so we can credit your wallet.
We use your information to create and manage your account, process and deliver your purchases, credit your wallet when you fund it, verify your identity for transaction PIN and password resets, communicate service updates, and detect and prevent fraud.
We share the minimum information necessary with: our payment processing partner (to generate your dedicated funding account and process wallet credits), our data/airtime/bills API providers (to fulfil your purchases, e.g. delivering data or airtime to the phone number you provide), and regulators or law enforcement where required by Nigerian law. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Passwords and transaction PINs are stored using one-way hashing and are never visible to our staff. All pages are served over SSL/TLS encryption. Access to sensitive account data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
We retain your account and transaction data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward as required for accounting, dispute resolution, and legal compliance purposes.
You can review and update your profile information at any time from your Profile page. You may request account deletion or a copy of your data by contacting us using the details below, subject to any records we are legally required to retain.
We use essential session cookies to keep you logged in securely. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of LarryService after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
